1. Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If the item not working as per the specified features
- A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
⚠️ Important: Products with a broken or removed warranty seal are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
2. Functional Issues – Not Working as Specified
If the product does not perform as described in the official specifications or fails to meet the stated functionality:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide a written explanation of the issue along with photos/videos or test reports (if applicable).

- You will be eligible for a free exchange or repair
- Return shipping will be fully covered by us.
⚠️ Misuse, incorrect setup, or use beyond the recommended specifications does not qualify under this clause.
3. Exchange Process
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

- If the return is due to defect, damage, or our error, we cover the return shipping.
- If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Warranty Claims
All instruments are covered by manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months depending on the product). For warranty service, please contact us or the manufacturer directly. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
